STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: The Coach House building represents a 12' x 20' main body size with an additional wing of 10’ x 7’. The pre-assembled kit comes complete with detailed assembly instructions including a single 8' x 7’ arched cedar garage door with windows, single side door and double French doors on the wing side. The Coach House has been engineered to meet all local building code requirements. The roof includes 2" x 6" truss system finished in OSB board suitable for customer supplied shingles. All wall framing is 2" x 4" kiln dried spruce including a pressure treated floor collar suitable for attachment to a cement pad or foundation. All siding is rough sawn fir. Exterior door, corner and fascia trim are of Western red cedar. Shingles and floor are not included in the kit. An attractive cedar eyebrow moulding surrounds all the upper walls of the building.
